Can we implement this? /sys own command for info which clan holds a system atm (for players that missed to read welcome message by entering it due hostile environment upon entrance and joined players that undock bases/planets in system aswell)! /sys points command for current clan points value!
*additional /tax [amount] of selected player /tax info# [id] (free from tax/tax available) on particular char atm by clan player that informs could he proceed with his role play! Taxed chars r free of charge 24h. That however not mean that he cant be killed in that time!

I believe such commands would be possible. As I understand it, player commands are set up through FLAC. Therefor, this would be a matter to submit to Eagle. Some thoughts on each of these proposed commands: NOTE: These thoughts are submitted in my capacity as head Admin. /sysown should be relatively simple to set up as it would simply re-issue the system entry message ... /syspoints or /sys points ... Again, as I understand the system point data collection is a function of FLAC, so this command MAY be available. One question has occurred to me however; Can such a command be set up to return only the data for the player's current system, or would all of the system points data be returned? Both of these commands, if set up, will need to be available for any player in the currently occupied system. The tax related commands will need to be reserved for use only by members of the system's controlling clan. Once again, I would think this possible under the auspices of FLAC. NOTE: These thoughts are submitted in my capacity as a player and as the head of Clan VFS. /tax (player name) (amount) or /tax#(player number) (amount) command has several problems. IMO, players should have the option of paying a tax or fighting/running to avoid paying. If the command becomes available, it will need to have several limits automatically in place: a maximum tax to be agreed upon by the recognized clans on EU; a player rank requirement such that players below a certain rank can not be taxed (rank 20 or 25 sounds good to me ); and a limit such that a the taxing clan member must be present in the same system as the player being taxed, and that that system must be one under the control of the clan in question. Additionally, (again IMO only) I feel any tax collected by a controlling clan member should not go to the taxing clan member, but should be automatically deposited into a clan bank. /taxinfo# (player number) is an excellent idea. A 24 hour grace period may or may not be appropriate. The actual length of the grace period would be something active clans will need to agree upon.

And yes, option to pay or decline tax request (maybe a popup screen what u get from patrol scaning cargo hold where u drop or not a loot ;D). Unanswered tax request automatically to mean refusing - of course. But, avoiding tax by leaving that system/aborting tax request also doesnt mean he will be safe and not hunted there aswell ! So better pay and fly safe? * clan bank - also great idea! That how ever need further discussion who have access to it, possibility to clan get some small cash from sys possession monthly, ... Abusing tax-free player at that moment in way of killing him in clan controled system - penalty of 500K to be passed from clan player that did it. This however opens another question like what if that player dont have money on his char? If that cash need to be refunded - clan bank is not an option by the way any player can tag him self, go kill over and over and empty that bank /taxinfo# (player number) - Login out... END

some of these commands are allready availeble in the Hamburg 24/7 server. It seems they allready use FLAC to me aswell.
