Reputation with hostile factions appears not to move. Is this intentional? How does one become friendly with criminal factions?

You can choose which faction you want to belong by using /startas command. Just type /startas *faction name without * This is the list of usable factions : - Blood Dragons
- Bounty Hunters
- Bretonia Armed Forces
- Bretonia Police
- Bundschuh
- Corsairs
- Gaians
- Gas Miner Guild
- Golden Grysanthemums
- Hogosha
- Kusari Naval Forces
- Kusari State Police
- Lane Hackers
- Liberty Navy
- Liberty Police
- Liberty Rogues
- Liberty Security Force
- LWB
- Mollys
- Nomads
- Outcast
- Red Hessians
- Rheinland Military
- Rheinland Police
- Unioners
- Xenos
For example typing /startas Corsairs will disconnect you from the server and force you to reconnec and reselect your char. When you do that the char will be in corsair fighter ship and parked in one of the corsair bases with exactly the same reputations template as the corsairs have. Do note that using startas will put you in an entirely new ship and remove any weapons/equipment/credits you had on your old one. If you want to keep it, i suggest you find someone online to hold the stuff for you. Any of the {*SHERIFF*}`s will gladly help. X

Reputation with hostile factions appears not to move. So X, this means that the extreme reps, full green/red ones you get when starting a new char are now fixed until you choose a role [execute /startas command]? Because I am pretty sure thats not the case, unless i missed some update..

Atm the initial faction assigned to all starting players is LSF As LSF officer, most of the criminal factions are set to red and cannot be influenced other then using /startas . Thats Forsaken`s problem. He is prolly trying to get on the good side with criminals by doing missions/killing/bribing. It cannot be done cause with the server enforced faction based role play you cannot change permanently hostile factions (in LSF case those are the major criminal factions). Solution : Use /setrep and choose faction more to your liking. Thats what we all do. It makes the game more challenging and therefor more fun to play X
