UPDATE
release v2
updated to allow varying text sizes (large/medium/small)
command is now /shout *[message]
example: /shout medium*this is a shout

@eagle, i couldnt figure out how to make it use the message text as one string so i had to use the * as a divider, didnt get the regular expressions so much once i tried them

Make sure you include the proper namespaces, System.Text.RegularExpressions being one of them Example is case insensitive even, can use small, Small or even SMALL as params. Split isn't the best way to go either as you'd not be able to send any text containing * in your case.

/shout large blah /shout medium blah /shout small blah
and the final release is up for download
